What you need is our Transformational Coaching Accelerators. This offering is a five-month cohort experience for established coaches who want to truly level up their craft. This will transform your practice.

Thursday, February 15, 2024: Coaching Vision and Purpose


Midway through the year is the perfect opportunity to pause and reignite our coachee’s vision and purpose. In this TCA, you’ll learn how to reenergize and reground your coachees by helping them anchor in who they aspire to be and how they want to show up for the remainder of the school year (and beyond!). 


Tools explored in this session include: The Three Bs, Core Values, and Coaching Lens: Expansive Listening 


Thursday, March 21, 2024: Coaching Strengths


During the throws of standardized testing and other spring woes, it can be easy, and very human, for educators to slip into a deficit mindset about themselves, their teams, and their students. In this TCA, you’ll learn how to authentically leverage your coachees’ strengths while avoiding the pitfalls of toxic positivity.

Thursday, April 18, 2024: Coaching Agency & Empowerment 


Change is constant. Coaching offers our clients invaluable opportunities to reflect on how they exert their energy during moments of transition and what stories they choose to tell themselves. In this TCA, you’ll learn how to invite your coachees to recognize what is in their control and coach their ability to tell empowering, honest stories of self.

Wednesday, May 22, 2024: Coaching Growth Areas


Spring is a season for growing, but growth requires fertile ground. In the case of coaching, this includes navigating the fear that often emerges when development needs arise. In this TCA, you’ll learn how to identify areas for growth and normalize the learning and growing process for adult learners.

Tuesday, June 18, 2024: Setting Yourself Up for Success in 2024-2025 


The close of the school year is a great time to pause, celebrate, and take your lessons learned into the next year. In this TCA, you will be guided to integrate your learnings from the school year to create a stronger coaching vision for 2024-2025. You’ll leave prepared to easefully plan beginning-of-the-year conversations with your coachees that will set you both up for success in the year to come.

How You'll Spend Your Time


Optional Self-Paced Prework - 1-2 hours

Prior to your workshop sessions, your learning includes optional self-paced exploration of Transformational Coaching tools from The Art of Coaching Workbook (retiring in July 2024).


Live Learning - 2 hours each

Each session is a 2-hour learning experience during which you will come together with a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of coaches to observe masterful coaching, engage in coaching role plays, and receive feedback to sharpen your practice. Each session has a unique theme.

Requirements 

All participants must have access to The Art of Coaching Workbook (retiring in July 2024). The book is not included in the registration fee and is needed for optional prework and live sessions.

The virtual engagement takes place on Zoom and requires Zoom (5.14.5 or higher)* and a computer. If you have access needs or accommodation requests, please email [email protected]. We will do our best to meet accessibility needs. 

*Currently Zoom does not allow for auto-captioning in breakout rooms, which we frequently use in workshops. Please let us know if you require captioning in all spaces to access learning.

These sessions are not recorded. The majority of your learning will be in breakout spaces.
