How You'll Spend Your Time
Part One: Self-Paced Prework - 4 hours
Prior to your workshop, your learning begins with a self-paced exploration of foundational knowledge and tools found in Coaching for Equity. You will also engage in curated readings from Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching. This foundational knowledge will set you up to maximize your workshop experience.
Part Two: Live Learning - 2 learning blocks, 4 hours in total
This workshop is a 1-day learning experience, with two 2-hour learning blocks with an hour break in between. You will come together with a Bright Morning facilitator in community to process your learning, explore your identity, build context for systems of oppression, and engage in small group discussion and coaching practice. Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) participants will have the option to join BIPOC affinity breakout groups.
This workshop is highly interactive, allowing you the ability to quickly build skills and synthesize learning through role-play practice, and discussion.
