Are you seeking more fulfillment, meaning and satisfaction from your work or relationships? Are you contemplating making changes in your life and anxious or uncertain about how to do so? Have you wanted to work with a life coach? Are you craving connection with others who are exploring these questions?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, this learning experience is for you.

In this one-of-a-kind experience, you'll be guided through a reflective process by master coach, Elena Aguilar, and come together in community with others to process and uncover your unique answers and next steps.

You'll first decide whether you want to work towards a big goal or hold an inquiry question during our time together. Then each Monday you'll receive input from Elena in the form of a video or audio recording, and activities for the week. Twice a month, the group will convene for 90 minutes during which there'll be small breakout group discussions and some whole group processing.

This unique experience is loosely based on the content of Elena's bestselling book, Onward, and draws on her 15 years of experience as a coach and facilitator of learning. You'll experience how Elena masterfully guides clients through the reflective process with powerful questioning and exercises to discover your purpose, passion, and resilience, you'll connect with others who are also committed to their own transformation, and you'll benefit from a nourishing kind of accountability that helps you meet your goals.

This is designed as a year-long experience, but participants can enroll one quarter at a time if they choose.
