How You'll Spend Your Time
Self-Paced Prework - 4 hours minimum
Prior to your workshop, your learning begins with a self-paced exploration of foundational knowledge and tools that are essential for leading thriving teams.
Live Learning - 2 days
This workshop is a 2-day in-person learning experience. Each day consists of 2 learning blocks with 90-min. lunch break in between. This workshop is highly interactive, allowing you to build skills and synthesize learning quickly.
Activities include:
- Reflecting on your purpose and the purpose of your team
- Creating a trust-building plan
- Observing and role-playing scenarios for coaching teams
- Practicing transformative ways to respond to conflict
- Improving your ability to listen for new understandings
- Exploring how to make decisions on a team
What Else You Need to Know
Requirements
All participants must have their own copy of The Art of Coaching Teams (not included in the registration fee). The book is required for the prework and session.
Although not required, participants will benefit from first attending The Art of Coaching workshop to develop the skill set for coaching individuals that is foundational for coaching groups of people.
Participants will receive more details on what to bring.
Lunch is not included. Participants will have a 90-minute lunch break each day. You may choose to bring your lunch, order through a food delivery service, or go to a nearby restaurant.

Work TradeBright Morning is offering limited work trade opportunities for those who need financial assistance to attend an in-person workshop. Our work trade program allows you to participate in the workshop at no cost in exchange for providing on-the-ground logistical support throughout the workshop. This opportunity is meant for those who would otherwise be unable to attend.
Work trade responsibilities include:
- Early arrival
- Room setup
- Registration check-in
- Participant support
- Circulating with microphones as needed
- Connecting with venue staff if issues arise
- Checking bathroom supplies
- Post-event cleanup

Cancelation Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable.
Seven or more days in advance of the workshop start date, a one-time registration transfer can be made to an alternate participant or an alternative Bright Morning learning experience held in the same calendar year.
A "no-show" without prior communication is non-transferable and non-refundable.

In the rare event of low enrollment, weather events, or venue issues, we reserve the right to cancel. We will provide an alternative learning pathway for all registrants or honor a refund for those who cannot join the alternate experience. Please note we are not responsible for travel cancelation costs. We recommend you hold off booking any non-refundable reservations until one month before the event date in case of cancellation.
