How You'll Spend Your Time
Part One: Self-Paced Prework ~ 5 hours minimum
- Your experience begins with a self-guided exploration of the foundations of Transformational Coaching. In this stage, you'll engage in reading, podcast listening, and reflection.
- This combination of knowledge building and reflection will help you clarify your vision for yourself as a Transformational Coach and prepare for the virtual learning experience.
Part Two: Live Learning - 4 hours total
- You'll come together with a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of coaches to process your learning, observe masterful coaching, engage in coaching role plays, and receive feedback to sharpen your practice.
- This workshop is highly interactive, allowing you to build skills and synthesize learning quickly.
Part Three: Live Learning - 4 hours total
- A few weeks later, after you have had time to implement your learning into your context, you'll reconvene with a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of coaches to once again observe masterful coaching, engage in role plays, and receive feedback to sharpen your practice.
- You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive expert insight into your unique challenges.
What Else You Need to Know
Requirements
All participants must have a copy of Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching. This book is not included in the registration fee. The book is needed for the prework and live sessions.
The virtual engagement takes place on Zoom* and requires a computer. If you have access needs or accommodation requests, please email [email protected]. We will do our best to meet accessibility needs.
*Currently Zoom does not allow for auto-captioning in breakout rooms, which we frequently use in workshops. Please let us know if you require captioning in all spaces to access learning.

Parts two and three of the virtual blended learning experience will be recorded in the event you cannot attend or if you would like to rewatch at a later time. Participants have access to content for 30 days after their live session to help supplement learning.

In the rare event that Bright Morning does not receive enough interest in this offering to host it as scheduled, we will provide an alternative learning pathway for all registrants or honor refunds for those who cannot join the alternate experience.
