How long do I have access to the materials through your Thinkific platform?

After your purchase, your access to materials Thinkific platform does not expire. If we migrate from Thinkific in the future, you will be notified.


What is your refund policy for Book Study Guides?

All Book Study Guide purchases are final.


Are there Books Study Guides for other books by Elena?

Yes! We currently have Book Study Guides for Coaching for Equity, The Art of Coaching Teams, and Onward.



What is the difference between the Individual and the Group Book Study Guide?

The Group Book Study Guides are licensed by the number of participants who will be using the materials and they come with a comprehensive facilitator guide from Elena Aguilar. This includes written guidance and audio mini-lessons that you can access on your schedule.



Can I share my Book Study Guide with other members of my team?

No, you cannot share your Individual guide with others. 

If you would like to lead a book study with your group, you will need to purchase a Group license. Group licenses are discounted from the regular prices.

- Individual Guide: $39
- Group Guide: starts at $165 for groups of 2-4 ($39 per participant + $90 facilitator guidance = $3-$81 discount)



Can I upgrade my Individual Guide to a Group Guide?  What if I want to increase the number of licenses I’ve purchased in the future?
