Part One
Self-Paced Prework (8 hours)
Your learning begins with a self-paced exploration of foundational knowledge and tools found in Coaching for Equity. You will also engage in curated chapters from Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching.
Part Two
Live Learning (12 hrs across 3 days)
Interactive 3-day workshop with six 2-hour blocks. Process learning in community, explore identity, understand systems of oppression, and practice coaching skills in small groups. Build skills through roleplay and facilitated discussion. Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) participants will have the option to join BIPOC affinity breakout groups.
This workshop can be purchased a la carte or combined with our Coach Learning Library and PLC.
It is also included in both our All-Inclusive and Transformational Coach Memberships.

All participants will need a copy of Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching (not included in the registration fee). The book is required for the prework and session.

All sessions will be recorded in the event you cannot attend or if you would like to rewatch at a later time. Participants have access to content for 30 days after their live session to help supplement learning.
