Lunch and snacks are not included. Participants will have a 90-minute lunch break each day. You may choose to bring your lunch, order through a food delivery service, or go to a nearby restaurant.

• In the rare event of low enrollment, weather events, or venue issues, we reserve the right to cancel. We will provide an alternative learning pathway for all registrants or honor a refund for those who cannot join the alternate experience. Please note we are not responsible for travel cancelation costs. We recommend you hold off booking any non-refundable reservations until one month before the event date in case of cancelation. 

By entering the facilities and by your presence at the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for the purposes of furthering the goals of Bright Morning. Bright Morning is offering limited work trade opportunities for those who need financial assistance to attend an in-person workshop. Our work trade program allows you to participate in the workshop at no cost in exchange for providing on-the-ground logistical support throughout the workshop. This opportunity is meant for those who would otherwise be unable to attend.  

Work trade responsibilities include:

• Early arrival
• Room setup
• Registration check-in
• Participant support 
• Circulating with microphones as needed
• Connecting with venue staff if issues arise
• Checking bathroom supplies 
• Post-event cleanup

If you can support with the work trade responsibilities and cannot afford the workshop, please complete this form, and someone from our team will be in touch within one week.

Yes, for groups of 6-14, we offer $75 off the regular individual price. Groups may use the enrollment request form and pay by invoice.

Please wear what makes you comfortable. 

We recommend wearing layers so you can adjust if room temperature changes and/or if you spend time outdoors. 

We want to respect that some people are sensitive to strong scents or have environmental allergies, so please refrain from wearing products with strong scents.

Due to the wide range of personal preferences for lodging accommodations, we do not provide recommendations.

Unlike our virtual workshops, the in-person workshop will not be recorded. Participants have access to content in their course for 30 days after the session.

Notify us at least seven days in advance of the workshop start date and a one-time registration transfer can be made to an alternate participant or another Bright Morning learning experience held in the calendar year.

A “no-show” without prior communication is non-transferable, and all registration fees are non-refundable.
