Dates and Topics
All PLC sessions are two hours and take place from 8 am-10 am PT (10 am-12 pm CT/11 am-1 pm ET).
Each month four new skill sessions will be released relating to one overaching monthly topic. The PLC topic for that month will allow for a deeper exploration and structured practice and feedback cycles on the monthly course topic.

How You'll Spend Your Time
On-Demand Learning Library: ~30-45 minutes each month
Each month you will receive access to four new asynchronous skill sessions led by Elena Aguilar (a total of 48 over the course of the year). The skill sessions are organized by an overarching monthly theme, providing timely support aligned with the cadence of the school year. Skill sessions are a combination of exclusive resources, direct instruction, reflection activities, and demonstrations. By engaging in this self-paced learning experience, you will be able to learn on your schedule, pace yourself, rewind when necessary, and meet your own unique learning needs.
Transformational Coach PLC: Two hours each month
You'll come together with a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of coaches and leaders to sharpen your practice through hands-on learning experiences such as coaching role plays and consultancies. Each month, the focus will shift in alignment with the Learning Library module topic.
Private Online Group Access: Varies
Throughout the course of your membership, you will have access to our private online community where you can discuss skill session topics, share resources, and provide and receive feedback and advice related to your coaching practice.
What Else You Need To Know
All participants must have access to Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching (2024). The book is not included in the registration fee and is needed for both the on-demand courses and the professional learning community sessions.
The professional learning community takes place on Zoom and requires a computer. If you have access needs or accommodation requests, please email [email protected]. We will do our best to meet accessibility needs.
*Currently Zoom does not allow for auto-captioning in breakout rooms, which we frequently use in workshops. Please let us know if you require captioning in all spaces to access learning.

Recordings
PLC sessions are not recorded both for confidentiality and because the majority of your learning will be in breakout spaces. All Learning Library micro-courses are asynchronous and participants have access to all materials through the duration of their membership.

Cancelation Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable.
In the rare event that Bright Morning does not receive enough interest in this offering to host it as scheduled, we will provide an alternate learning pathway for all registrants or honor refunds for those who cannot join the alternate experience.
If you're a Bright Morning member, you will get access to The Learning Library and Transformational Coaching PLC (on your student dashboard) beginning in August 2024.
