WHAT’S REQUIRED

All participants must have access to The Art of Coaching and The Art of Coaching Workbook. Books are not included in the registration fee.

The virtual engagement takes place on Zoom and requires Zoom (5.13.5 or higher)* and a computer. If you have access needs or accommodation requests, please email [email protected]. We will do our best to meet accessibility needs. 

*Currently Zoom does not allow for auto-captioning in breakout rooms, which we frequently use in workshops. Please let us know if you require captioning in all spaces to access learning.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

Core workshop experience: The Art of Coaching:

• Part 1: Self-Paced Learning [4 hours minimum]

  • Your experience begins with a self-guided exploration of the foundations of Transformational Coaching. This is a combination of knowledge building and reflection that will help you clarify your vision for yourself as a Transformational Coach. 

  • Elena has curated 21 hours of learning for this stage. While all content is highly recommended, four hours of learning content has been identified as required.

• Part 2: Self-Paced: 3-2-1 Reflection [1 hour]

  • You'll synthesize your learning from Part 1 and prepare to share some of your reflections, takeaways, and questions in our live session.
    
    

• Part 3: Live Session [4 hours]

  • Next, you’ll come together with a Bright Morning presenter and a community of coaches to process your learning, observe masterful coaching, engage in coaching role plays, and receive feedback from others to sharpen your practice.

  • This is a 4-hour workshop with ~1 hour of prework.

Bonus learning experiences: Transformational Coaching Accelerators (TCAs):

• TCAs: Live Learning [4 hours each]: To support your ongoing practice beyond the live session, you can sign up for the November and December sessions at no cost! These are FREE bonus sessions for you to attend and refine your practice!

• You'll fine-tune your approach in each session and layer on more Transformational Coaching tools. These sessions also include everyone’s favorite activity—live coaching demonstrations.

• These are 4-hour workshops divided into two 2-hour learning blocks. No prework is required for these sessions.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW

Course access and recording: Participants have access to content for 30 days after the learning experience. The Art of Coaching session will be recorded (except for breakouts) in the event you cannot make a session or if you would like to rewatch it at a later time. Transformational Coaching Accelerators will not be recorded due to the significant time spent in breakouts.
