Part One
Self-Paced Prework ~4 hours
Before the live workshop, you’ll complete a self-paced exploration of essential frameworks and tools—giving you the foundational knowledge needed to design and lead transformational PD with confidence.

Part Two
Live Learning: 4 hours
This highly interactive workshop includes two 2-hour learning blocks, with a 1-hour break in between. You'll build skills quickly through expert modeling and hands-on activities.

This workshop can be purchased a la carte or combined with our Teams Learning Library and PLC. 

It is also included in our All-Inclusive Membership.

All sessions will be recorded in the event you cannot attend or if you would like to rewatch at a later time. Participants have access to content for 30 days after their live sessions to help supplement learning.
